Market Hours: New Market Hours will be 7:00 am to 12:00 am Midnight Pacific. (2008 Market hours were: 9:00 am to 12:00 am Midnight Pacific)
Minimum Team Value: If a team falls below the minimum team value of 250 RotoHog dollars at the close of trading on any given Wednesday, the team’s cash balance will be increased to bring the team’s value up to the minimum before the opening of trading on Thursday. (In 2008 this occurred on Thursday night.)
Position Usage Limits: Total innings pitched for all pitchers will be limited to 1150 innings for the entire 2009 season. (For 2008 it was 1100 innings for pitchers)
